4. Recipients of the data
We disclose data only where necessary, to the following categories of recipients:
- Hosting provider of kosprint.pl — storage of the website and e-mail.
- Formspree, Inc. (USA) — technical processing and delivery of messages sent via the website forms.
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 (only with your consent) and Google Fonts (loading typefaces, which involves transmitting your IP address).
- jsDelivr (CDN) — delivery of an animation library; involves transmitting your IP address.
- Accounting, legal and courier service providers, and public authorities where required by law.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Some of the providers above are established in the United States. Transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46 GDPR, together with supplementary safeguards. You may request a copy of the safeguards at info@kosprint.pl.
6. Retention periods
- Enquiry correspondence: up to 3 years from the last contact, or until you object.
- Contract and accounting records: 5 years from the end of the tax year, as required by Polish tax law.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months from collection.
- Server logs: up to 12 months.
7. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data and obtain a copy; rectification; erasure; restriction of processing; data portability; and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, and we do not profile you.

Podanie danych jest dobrowolne, jednak bez danych kontaktowych nie odpowiemy na zapytanie ani nie zrealizujemy umowy.

Przy pierwszej wizycie wyświetlamy baner. Cookies analityczne są zapisywane dopiero po kliknięciu „Akceptuję”. Do tego czasu Google Consent Mode blokuje pamięć analityczną i reklamową. Odrzucenie nie ogranicza dostępu do serwisu.

Dane udostępniamy wyłącznie w niezbędnym zakresie następującym kategoriom odbiorców:
- Dostawca hostingu kosprint.pl — przechowywanie serwisu i poczty.
- Formspree, Inc. (USA) — techniczna obsługa i dostarczanie wiadomości z formularzy.
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 (wyłącznie za Twoją zgodą) oraz Google Fonts (pobieranie krojów pisma, co wiąże się z przekazaniem adresu IP).
- jsDelivr (CDN) — dostarczanie biblioteki animacji; wiąże się z przekazaniem adresu IP.
- Dostawcy usług księgowych, prawnych i kurierskich oraz organy publiczne, gdy wymagają tego przepisy.
5. Przekazywanie danych poza EOG
Część wskazanych dostawców ma siedzibę w USA. Przekazanie odbywa się na podstawie decyzji wykonawczej Komisji Europejskiej stwierdzającej odpowiedni stopień ochrony w ramach EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework lub standardowych klauzul umownych (art. 46 RODO) wraz z dodatkowymi zabezpieczeniami. 6. Okresy przechowywania
- Korespondencja ofertowa: do 3 lat od ostatniego kontaktu lub do wniesienia sprzeciwu.
- Dokumentacja umowna i księgowa: 5 lat od końca roku podatkowego (przepisy podatkowe).
- Dane analityczne: do 14 miesięcy od zebrania.
- Logi serwera: do 12 miesięcy.
7. Twoje prawa
Masz prawo do: dostępu do danych i uzyskania ich kopii, sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przenoszenia danych oraz wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania opartego na prawnie uzasadnionym interesie. Jeśli przetwarzanie opiera się na zgodzie, możesz ją wycofać w każdej chwili — bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania sprzed wycofania.

5. Übermittlung außerhalb des EWR
Einige der genannten Anbieter haben ihren Sitz in den USA. Die Übermittlung erfolgt auf Grundlage des Angemessenheitsbeschlusses der Europäischen Kommission zum EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework und/oder auf Grundlage von Standardvertragsklauseln nach Art. 46 DSGVO nebst ergänzenden Garantien. 6. Speicherdauer
- Anfragekorrespondenz: bis zu 3 Jahre ab dem letzten Kontakt oder bis zu Ihrem Widerspruch.
- Vertrags- und Buchhaltungsunterlagen: 5 Jahre ab Ende des Steuerjahres (polnisches Steuerrecht).
- Analysedaten: bis zu 14 Monate ab Erhebung.
- Serverprotokolle: bis zu 12 Monate.
7. Ihre Rechte
Sie haben das Recht auf: Auskunft und Erhalt einer Kopie Ihrer Daten, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit sowie Widerspruch gegen eine auf berechtigtem Interesse beruhende Verarbeitung.
