Hot Decal Process
Unlike UV printing or sublimation — which sit on the surface — our hot decal technology relies on the softening point of the glaze itself. Pigment does not coat the ceramic. It becomes part of it.
Phase 01
Inorganic, metal-oxide-based pigments printed on 180 GSM Hi-Coat paper. The pigment is dormant — it reacts only under extreme temperatures.
Phase 02
Every decal is hand-applied by trained operators, ensuring perfect alignment on curved, organic, or ergonomic ceramic shapes.
Phase 03
Items pass through a 2-hour cycle in a tunnel kiln. At 800°C+ the glaze opens, allowing the pigment to sink deep into the surface.
The Result
Once cooled, the glaze reseals. The branding is now under the protective layer — chemically inert, scratch-proof, and food-safe.

Any porcelain and ceramics, and any type of glass.
Yes. We use premium German pigments and high-fire ceramic decals from Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Heraeus / Ferro) — eco-friendly and food-safe.
Production lead times — for both decal sheets and turnkey branding of finished ware — depend on the order volume, the print complexity of the project, and the current seasonal load of our production.
Both options are available. We produce decal sheets for you to apply and fire yourself, and we also offer turnkey branding and decoration of finished ware in our own facility.
We accept artwork in any file format, though vector files are preferred. For larger runs, custom Pantone color matching is available.
Yes, we produce samples. Samples are quoted separately and the price depends on the complexity of the project.
Yes — our gold and platinum are inks that contain real gold and platinum.
Decal sheets are shipped worldwide. Finished, branded ware is delivered within the EU.
Firing temperature and process depend on the material of the ware. We use proven standard parameters, which we provide to customers together with the product.
